SPH Summer is Sekolah Pelita Harapan’s annual program, created to support children’s growth during the school break.
As one of Indonesia’s leading Christian international schools, SPH has partnered with families for over 30 years to deliver holistic education that nurtures academic excellence, character, and faith.
The 2026 theme, Made to Shine, is inspired by John 8:12 (ESV): Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” This message reminds students that their unique strengths and talents can reflect God’s goodness in their daily lives.
Throughout SPH Summer, students are encouraged to build confidence, discover their interests, and grow in areas such as academics, creativity, technology, and character. SPH Summer offers a purposeful environment where children can learn with joy, develop meaningful skills, and make a positive impact wherever they go.
Our Goal
For over 15 years, SPH Summer has welcomed hundreds of students and families each year, providing holiday programs that combine learning with meaningful experiences. As families’ needs continue to grow, our team thoughtfully designs programs that are both engaging and purposeful for the summer break.
Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where students of all ages can explore their interests, express themselves with confidence, and build positive connections with instructors and peers. Every program is planned with care to ensure children enjoy a balanced holiday filled with enriching activities that encourage growth, friendship, and discovery.
